Book appointments in your calendar
The agent checks your free time and books appointments in Google or Outlook Calendar during the call.
With the Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar tool the agent checks when you are free and books the appointment straight into your calendar while the caller is on the line. It offers only times inside your working hours, never one that is already over.
Set it up
- Connect the calendar
Open Integrations → Google and connect Google Calendar, or connect Outlook Calendar. See Google.
- Add the tool to the agent
Open the agent → Actions → Add Tool → Google → Google Calendar, or Microsoft → Outlook Calendar.
- Set your availability

What the caller hears
The agent asks what suits them, checks the calendar, offers free times inside your hours and books the one the caller picks. The times are said in the agent's timezone — set it to where your business is: Timezone.
Use cases
- A salon or a practice taking appointments around the clock.
- A consultant booking a first call.
- Confirm the booking by SMS or email after the call.
