What changed in HANC in September 2026.
3.9 — Branded Integrations, Done-for-You Agents & Stronger Security
September 21, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix
Connect the Tools You Already Use
You can now connect CallRail, monday.com, GoHighLevel and Kommo to your agents with nothing more than an API key — no technical setup on your side. When you drop one of these into a workflow, the builder shows its real actions by friendly name with the service's official logo, and only offers connections that are actually live, so it is clear exactly what your agent will do.
Conversations That Flow More Naturally
Ask an agent to switch language mid-call — say, "let's continue in Polish" — and it now switches on the very same reply instead of a turn later, with far fewer wrong-language slip-ups along the way. You can also let callers interrupt with their phone keypad, and turn on a short filler phrase while a workflow step calls out to another system, so there is no awkward silence while your agent works.
Bigger Campaigns, Your Own Carrier, and Done-for-You Agents
Outbound campaigns now place several calls in parallel, up to your plan's limit, so a list finishes far faster. If you bring your own carrier, SIP trunk registration shows a live connection status and lets you reconnect in one click. And if you would rather not build it yourself, you can request a done-for-you agent right from the pricing page — our team builds it for you, billed by invoice, available in 16 languages.
Stronger Security and Privacy
We have tightened how the platform protects your data. Ownership checks across calls, transcripts, recordings and exports are now stricter, so your information stays firmly inside your own account. Inbound text messages are verified before they reach your agent, outbound calling is locked to your own numbers and agents. An expired session now recovers quietly instead of dropping you on an error screen.
3.8 — Team Workspaces, Multilingual Calls & Parallel Call Lines
September 11, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement
Team Workspaces
You can now bring your team into HANC. Invite people to a workspace with one of three access levels, so everyone gets exactly the reach they need. Invitations work even for people who do not have an account yet, and you can invite someone to several workspaces at once or remove them in a single step. A new Teams tab shows who has access to what, when each person joined and who invited them, and how many seats you have left on your plan.
Every Caller, in Their Own Language
Your agent now follows the language the caller actually speaks. Once a caller settles into a language, the call stays with it instead of flipping back on a short phrase or a step change, so multilingual conversations feel natural from the first word. Voices sound better too, with steadier pronunciation of names and a more natural speaking pace. And when you want to read a call in your own language, you can now translate any transcript — pay once and the translation is kept for next time.
Parallel Call Lines
Handle more conversations at the same time. Every plan now includes a set number of parallel calls — shown right on the pricing — and you can buy extra lines whenever you need them, each listed by name with its dates and cancellable and refundable on its own. We also warn you in advance if a low balance or a plan change is about to put your phone numbers at risk, so you are never caught by surprise.
3.7 — Spending History, Faster Voice Calls & Transparent Pricing
September 2, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix
See Exactly What You Spend
Your account now keeps a full spending history — one clear line for every charge, so you can see where each euro went. Every call shows what it used, on its own and averaged over time, and phone numbers are now priced to the cent instead of rounded up to a whole month. SMS and WhatsApp are billed clearly by destination, with inbound and outbound shown as separate rows and every rate in euro. You're also warned two days before a number renews, so a renewal never takes you by surprise.
Pricing You Can Trust
We rebuilt our pricing pages on real, final numbers — one table per country with the price you actually pay, landline shown next to mobile, and a redesigned, collapsible comparison table. The Free plan now states exactly what it covers, with no claims it doesn't deliver, and the whole plan table reads properly on phones instead of collapsing. Agencies can now see what telephony costs per customer, and an agency's customers can take a phone number directly.
Faster, Cleaner Voice Calls
Your agents now start speaking sooner — replies begin roughly twice as quickly, and the greeting no longer waits before it plays. Audio is cleaner, with the occasional clicking gone, and calls stay steadier during busy periods. When an agent switches language mid-call it now stays quiet instead of talking over itself, and it won't promise to look something up that it isn't actually doing.
Voices and Referrals
Choosing a voice is easier: previews load as you browse, a new set of voices has been added, and previews now play on phones and tablets where they used to stay silent. And your referral codes now stick — they're held from the moment someone lands until they sign up, even if they log in or wander off first, so the credit always lands.
