3.6 — Ten Speech Languages, Smoother Calls & Accurate Billing
August 19, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix
Recognize Up to Ten Spoken Languages
Your voice agents can now understand up to ten spoken languages in a single conversation. Set the languages an agent should listen for with the rebuilt, searchable language picker, and callers can move between them naturally instead of your agent locking onto the first language it hears. The limit is now spelled out in every interface language, so you always know exactly how many languages an agent is set up to follow.
Faster, More Natural Conversations
Your agents now start speaking sooner — the opening of every reply comes through without the old delay, so conversations feel immediate. When a lookup takes a moment, the agent speaks a brief wait phrase instead of leaving dead air, and it will no longer hang on a slow step. If a caller coughs or a noise cuts in, your agent pauses and then continues from exactly where it left off instead of repeating the sentence from the start. And the natural filler phrases agents use now vary far more across twenty languages, while staying quiet on workflow calls so an authored question stands on its own.
More Accurate Billing
We corrected several billing issues so your plan charges exactly as it should. Subscription renewals are now told apart from plan changes, so a renewal no longer resets your usage, and a renewal is always picked up even if a notification was missed. Trial minutes now reflect the real per-destination calling rate, and calls placed through your own phone numbers are recognized as yours and no longer charged a carrier minute. There are no price changes — these fixes simply make your existing plan bill correctly.
3.5 — In-App Support Agent, Per-Country Pricing & Ready-Made Templates
August 18, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix
A Support Agent That Knows Your Account
Meet your new in-app support agent. Ask it a question and it can look at your own account — your agents, phone numbers, recent calls and usage — to give you a real answer, then open the right page in the dashboard for you. It only ever sees your account, and it walks you straight to the setting you need instead of leaving you to hunt for it.
Clearer Pricing, Country by Country
Pricing now lives in one place. A single plan comparison table appears on both the website and inside the app, always showing the live rates you are actually billed on. Phone pricing folds open into separate incoming and outgoing rates, and a country picker answers "what does it cost here?" with real per-country number and call prices. Number prices are shown as clean whole euros, and the cost of a transferred call now appears clearly in your phone minutes for its real duration.
Ready-Made Agent Templates
Starting a new agent is faster with two ready-made templates — a Universal IVR menu and a reception assistant — each available in 20 languages. Deploy one in a click and adjust it to fit, with cleaner call routing and a scripted greeting built in from the start.
Workflow Agents Show Their True State
Agents built as workflows no longer get stuck behind a setup prompt. A fully configured workflow agent used to show a pulsing wizard and an "0/1 sections" badge that could never be cleared; now these agents correctly read as ready, because their setup lives in the graph itself.
3.4 — Workflow Versions, Call Emotion & Your Own Voices
August 6, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix
Workflow Versions, Branches and Test Calls
Your workflows now keep a version history. Save the graph as a version whenever it is in a good state, label it, see exactly what changed between one version and the next, and restore an earlier one if an edit did not work out. Opening a past version shows it on the canvas read-only, so you can study it without disturbing your draft, and you can keep parallel ideas in named branches — including names in your own alphabet — and switch between them whenever you like.
You also decide when changes reach callers. Publish a version and that is the one live calls run, while your later edits stay in the draft until you publish again — a pill in the toolbar always shows what is live right now. To try the draft, use Test Call in the editor: you talk to your unpublished graph, including the steps that run after hangup, and nobody calling your agent can reach it.
After the Call: Emotion, Recordings and Messages
Switch on post-call emotion analysis for an agent, and every recorded call is scored for how the caller sounded — your agent's own speech is left out of the reading. Choose how sensitive that reading should be, then use the new emotion, score and trend variables in your post-call email, SMS and WhatsApp messages. If your template doesn't mention them, a one-line summary of the caller's tone is added for you, in the language of the call.
Post-call emails can now attach the call recording. Subject lines fill in call variables just like the message body does, the variable picker in every message step offers exactly the variables that really resolve, and a recipient address that comes out empty is skipped instead of failing the send. Messages carrying the caller's tone arrive just after the call ends rather than during it, and SMS is now capped at 150 characters, trimmed at a word boundary.
Agents That Never Go Silent
If a voice ever disappears at the provider, your agent no longer falls silent: it speaks in a substitute of the same gender and carries the call to the end, and your agents list names every agent that needs a new voice.
Variables in Any Alphabet
Variables written in Cyrillic or Greek now fill in properly instead of being read out loud, and a half-typed variable is no longer spoken as brackets.
A Cleaner Workflow Canvas
Export any workflow as a PNG, JPG or PDF — the whole graph, not just the part on screen, with the published version noted in the PDF header. Connectors are re-routed so no line runs through a card, at an angle or back on itself. A new workflow now arrives with your agent already wired in between the start and end steps, so a first test call holds a conversation instead of hanging up. And agent and workspace names are now unique: copies get a numbered suffix, and renaming onto a name that is already taken tells you so on the spot.
3.3 — Voice Fallbacks, Message Variables & Workflow Polish
August 5, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix
Your Agent Stays Audible When a Voice Disappears
If the voice assigned to an agent is removed from the provider, the agent used to simply stop speaking mid-call, with nothing to show why. It now falls back automatically to a similar voice of the same gender and carries the call to the end. There is nothing to switch on, and if the original voice comes back it is used again on its own.
Missing Voices Leave the Picker
Your voices are now checked against the provider every day. One that has gone missing can no longer be selected, and any agent still assigned to it shows a warning on its Settings tab telling you the calls are running on a fallback voice. This covers the voices you cloned yourself, not just the shared catalogue, and it reads in all 16 interface languages.
Send Emails, SMS and WhatsApp to the Details Captured on the Call
Recipient fields in your message actions now understand variables. Put {{customer_email}} in the “to” field and the confirmation goes to the address the caller just gave you — until now the variable was passed on as literal text and the message reached nobody. The same works for phone recipients, you can still list several, and a recipient whose variable comes back empty is left out rather than sent to a blank address.
Workflow Agents Are Easier to Spot and Quicker to Build
Agents built as a workflow now carry their Workflow label in the agents list, so you can tell them apart at a glance, and they start clean — the default Email and Phone collection fields are no longer added, because a workflow gathers what it needs inside its own steps.
In the builder, connections between steps are thicker and easier to follow, the per-step Done button is gone because your changes save as you make them, and variable-name fields now suggest the variables already used in the flow — so you no longer have to remember exact spellings, while typing a brand-new name still works.
A Guide to Letting Your Agent Open Pages on Your Site
Your website widget can have the agent take a visitor to a page while the call is running, and there is now a step-by-step guide for it: which paths to give the agent, how to listen for the request on your page, and why you have to acknowledge it — skip that and the agent concludes your site cannot navigate and stops offering for the rest of the call. The example has also been corrected to move the visitor within the page, because a full page reload cuts the call off mid-sentence.
