What changed in HANC in July 2026.

3.2 — The New Workflow Builder, Post-Call Follow-Ups & Rebuilt Campaigns

July 29, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix

The Workflow Builder, Redesigned

The visual builder has been rebuilt around a new canvas. Steps lay out left to right, connections route cleanly around your cards instead of cutting across them, and a loop back to an earlier step now goes around the flow rather than through it. Drop a connection anywhere on a step to attach it, double-click a connection to edit it, and clear a bend with a single click. Wherever you write a prompt — in a workflow step or an agent's own prompt — {{variables}} are highlighted and suggested as you type, and a variable still resolves if you capitalise it differently from the saved name. Agents built this way carry a Workflow badge in your agent list and open straight into the builder. Workflow is out of beta.

Workflows That Follow the Conversation

A Condition step can now be set to AI decides: describe each way out in plain words — "the caller confirmed the appointment" — and your agent takes that path the moment it is true, re-checked after everything the caller says. The Start step gains a global prompt that is added to every step in the flow, so tone and house rules are written once. Steps can also read live call details: the current time, date and weekday in the agent's timezone, which step the call is on, and how long you have been talking — counted from the moment the call is answered, not from the first ring.

The End call step now lets you write the goodbye — one line, or several so the agent varies it from call to call — have it translated into the language of the call, or let the agent compose one on the spot. Hand-offs are calmer too: a sub-agent handing the caller back no longer keeps announcing it, and a sub-agent that opens with a question now asks it instead of finishing immediately.

Follow Up After the Call Ends

Email, SMS and WhatsApp steps can now be set to send after the call rather than during it — so a message built from {{call_transcription}} goes out with the whole conversation instead of only the part that had happened when the step ran. An email sent this way can also attach the call recording as an MP3; the option becomes available once post-call sending is on and recording is enabled in the agent's Settings. And an email step addressed to several recipients at once, separated by commas or semicolons, now reaches every one of them.

Campaigns, Rebuilt

Setting up a campaign takes two steps instead of four, with retries, calling hours and scheduling folded into an Advanced section and a running summary beside you as you build. Importing numbers now tells you straight away how many are valid, invalid or duplicates — invalid rows are left out of the dial list instead of failing later — and gives you an estimated time to dial the list. Each campaign opens on a single clear progress bar with the agent and caller ID it runs on, both of which now show in the campaign list as well. Recordings play again in the campaign call log, and a campaign can be deleted once it is no longer running.

Your Language, Everywhere

All 16 languages got a thorough pass. Dates, times and amounts now follow your language wherever they appear — call logs, campaigns, CRM, calendar and the dashboard — as do form validation messages, campaign and contact status badges, and the security check on sign-up. German is complete, and German, Spanish and Italian now address you formally throughout. Your default deal stages read in your language while any stage you have renamed keeps your own wording, and a new agent starts in your account's language with a matching voice and prompt. If you arrive with nothing saved, the app opens in your browser's language. And your verification, one-time-code and password-reset emails now arrive in your language instead of English.

3.1 — Bring Your Own Phone System, On-Page Actions & Two New Languages

July 22, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix

Bring Your Own Phone System

Your agent can now join the phone system you already have as a registered extension. Pick SIP with registration when you connect a trunk, enter your registrar, credentials and the extension to register as, and calls to that extension reach your agent — no porting, no carrier forwarding. Add as many internal extensions as you need to the same registration, and calls placed from a registered extension can dial short internal numbers.

If you bring your own Twilio trunk, outbound now works end to end: connecting the trunk sets up everything the call needs on your Twilio side, so outbound calls go through instead of failing the moment they leave the platform. You can also connect with a Twilio API Key instead of your account Auth Token, and accounts hosted in Europe or Australia connect on the first try.

Messages That Fill In What the Call Collected

Anything your agent collects on a call can now go straight into an email, SMS or WhatsApp message as a {{placeholder}} — including details collected by a step inside a workflow, which never used to reach your templates. Placeholders are filled in for messages sent during the call too, in the subject line as well as the body, and a placeholder that matches nothing is left blank instead of printing itself.

The workflow builder gains a Built-in variables list showing every value you can reference — caller number, call direction, summary, sentiment and the rest — each with a note on where it works and click-to-copy. A { } button on text, subject, say and condition fields inserts one at your cursor. Connections on the canvas can now be bent around nodes and stay where you leave them.

Your Web Agent Can Act on the Page

On web calls your agent can now open a page on your site for the visitor it is talking to, and read what is on the page or in the cart to answer questions about it. Your site stays in control — the agent only reaches what you choose to act on.

Data-collection forms now appear on every widget style — inline, floating, pill and pill-floating — instead of just one, in the visitor's browser language across 14 languages and tinted to match your widget's colours. Update your embed to the latest widget to pick these up.

Agencies — Copy an Agent to a Customer, Export Every Call

Agency owners can now copy any agent onto a customer's account: pick the source customer and agent, then the destination customer and workspace. The copy is fully independent, with its own knowledge bases, phone numbers are never carried over, and you are told which tools were left out because that customer has not connected the integration yet.

A new per-call CSV export sits beside the usage export — one row per call with customer, agent, time, direction, from, to, duration and outcome — for any date range, and either export can be narrowed to a single customer. On white-label accounts, call log and usage exports now download as a CSV that opens cleanly in Excel.

The Website in Ukrainian and Russian

hanc.ai is now fully available in Ukrainian and Russian — every page, plus all 23 blog articles in each language. The blog is also live in Polish, Bulgarian and Greek, which listed no articles before. A new Ecosystem page introduces the wider family — Hanc.ai, Hanc Studio, Hanc Voice and Hanc Phone — and Workflow and the CRM have dropped their beta labels.

3.0 — The New CRM — Contacts, Deals & a Smarter Inbox

July 15, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix

Your CRM, Completely Rebuilt

The heart of v3.0 is a brand-new CRM — a cleaner, faster, better-organized place to manage every contact, deal and conversation. It's out of beta and ready for daily work.

Contacts That Stay Organized

Add your own tags and filter by them, save your favorite views to reopen in one click, and import contacts from a CSV with a guided upload. Spot and merge duplicates in a simple walkthrough, edit notes inline, tag people in bulk, and see the full call history for every contact in one place.

Deals & Pipeline You Can Actually See

The pipeline now shows color-coded stages and flags deals that are going stale, so nothing slips through the cracks. Move deals between stages in bulk, set a default pipeline, and read new forecast, funnel and velocity reports to see where revenue really stands. Each deal can carry its own progression plan to keep it moving.

A Smarter Inbox

Your inbox is now split into Activity, Reminders and Suggestions. Turn any follow-up into a due-dated reminder you can snooze, let the assistant suggest your next follow-ups, and catch what's new with unread badges. Reminder cards show a contact's phone and email — click to open them instantly.

Jump Anywhere with ⌘K

A new command palette lets you press ⌘K (on desktop or mobile) to jump straight to any section, agent, contact or deal — and run quick actions like creating an agent or importing contacts, without hunting through menus.

Campaigns, Front and Center

Campaigns now have their own dedicated section, fully translated across all 16 languages.

Safer Phone Number Setup

Adding a number is now clearer and safer. If a number can't be used, you'll see a friendly “this number can't be used, try another” right away instead of a silent failure. Landlines are verified with a quick voice call, and verification codes now arrive in your interface language.

Workflow Builder & Call Polish

  • Smoother building — typing is no longer interrupted by autosave, and connections stay put while you work
  • “Build as workflow” now takes you straight into the builder
  • Calmer call endings — agents wrap up with a more natural goodbye
  • Booking cancel links now open correctly, and creating an agent from a document is more reliable

2.9.1 — Bug Fixes

July 13, 2026 · Fix

A maintenance patch with bug fixes across the platform.

2.9 — Appointment Booking, WhatsApp Calls & Numbers in Any Country

July 6, 2026 · New Feature · Improvement · Fix

Appointment Booking — eTermin & resmio

Your agent can now check availability and book appointments straight into your calendar. Connect eTermin to read your calendars and services and let callers book, reschedule or cancel on the call — with a built-in guard against double-booking. Restaurants can connect resmio so the agent books tables directly into the reservation book.

WhatsApp Calling

Get a WhatsApp number and let your agent answer calls right inside WhatsApp — the number type and monthly price are shown up front when you buy.

Phone Numbers — Buy in Any Country, Your Way

Getting a number now works two ways:

  • Instant, no paperwork in Austria, Germany and Switzerland under Hanc's own regulatory coverage (the US and Canada need no documents at all).
  • Any other country — a new guided flow lets you submit your own regulatory documents to buy a fully compliant number wherever your business operates. Save your details as a draft, come back to finish later, and if anything's missing you get a plain-language explanation of exactly what to fix.

The buy-a-number screen now shows every number type — local, mobile, national and toll-free — with unavailable options clearly marked instead of hidden. Advanced numbers are available for an extra €2/month.

Now in Bulgarian & Greek

The website is now fully available in Bulgarian and Greek, and Polish is complete — pricing, plans and every page in your language and currency.

Improvements & Fixes

  • More of the app translated — phone numbers, CRM deals & pipelines, admin, login and workflow now read correctly across every supported language
  • Clearer usage charts — the usage donut is centred with a colour legend, and call-log variable counts are accurate
  • More reliable calls — calls no longer get stuck "in progress", quick hang-ups record as completed, and voice playback is cleaner
  • Consistent, branded emails — every notification shares the same polished look (white-label accounts keep their own branding)
