2.8 — Background Ambience & Workflow Upgrades

Background Ambience
Make calls feel like a real workplace. Pick a subtle background sound per agent — office, coffee shop, call center, outdoors, rain or reception — set the volume, and preview it instantly. Off by default; on when you want that human touch.
Workflow Builder — Undo/Redo & More Control
The visual builder gains undo and redo (up to 20 steps) and a delete-confirm so you never lose a node by accident. Sub-agents get richer options: have one wait for the caller to speak first, run silently, or return one of a fixed set of results. Questions get a "max silence" setting, and steps can read built-in call details (caller number, direction) and pass their output to later steps.
Smarter, More Reliable Flows
Sub-agents now route deterministically for far more predictable hand-offs. An Integration step acts through your connected account — Google Calendar, Outlook or HubSpot — in a single step, and the agent now reads phone numbers naturally in the language of the call.
Forgot-Password, Refreshed
The password-reset flow has a cleaner design that matches the login screen.

Agency owners can now give every customer a free trial out of the box, then activate them with a single toggle to unlock unlimited use. A clear banner shows each customer how much trial they have left, and blocked customers are flagged at a glance.

Download a usage CSV for any date range — calls, minutes, SMS and activation status per customer — straight from the agency dashboard.
