CRM Tools

Besides HubSpot, HANC connects CallRail, monday.com, GoHighLevel and Kommo. You enter your own key or token once in Integrations, and the agent can work with your CRM during a call.

Connecting

  1. Open Integrations and click the tile of the service.
  2. Paste the key or token (for Kommo, also the subdomain) and click Connect.
  3. The tile shows Connected. The key is stored encrypted and is not exposed in the workflow builder (Integration node).

Disconnect removes the key.

Adding the tool to an agent

  1. Open the agent's Actions tab and click Add Tool.
  2. In the CRM & services group, pick the service. A green connected badge marks the services already connected in this workspace.
  3. Add a short instruction for when the agent should use the service, and save.

The tool window shows which connection the agent uses; every action the service exposes through your key becomes available to the agent.

Under the hood these integrations run on MCP: the agent discovers the service's actions at the start of every call, so the exact set of actions is what the service offers through your key. The token's own permissions in CallRail, monday, GoHighLevel or Kommo limit what the agent can do — give the token only the access the agent needs.

In a workflow, the same services are available in the Integration node. See Workflows.
