Quick Start for Affiliates

Why This Document Exists

This guide is for a new affiliate partner who has just registered and wants to quickly understand:

  • What to do first
  • What to do second
  • How to go from registration to first recommendations

Nothing more — just the shortest correct path to getting started.


The Shortest Logic

To get started correctly, you need to do 5 things:

  1. Find your referral link
  2. Understand who to recommend Hanc.AI to
  3. Choose 1--2 clear niches
  4. Grab a ready-made message template
  5. Make your first recommendations

That is the entire starting sequence. Everything below explains each step in detail.


After registration, the very first thing to find is:

  • Your referral link — this is how every recommendation gets tracked back to you
  • Your affiliate code — an alternative tracking identifier
  • Your recruitment link for sub-affiliates (if available in your account)
Important

Do not start making recommendations until you have confirmed you are using the correct link. If you send people to Hanc.AI without your referral link, the referral will not be attributed to you.


Step 2 — Do Not Try to Recommend Hanc.AI to Everyone

It is better to start with 1--2 clear directions rather than spraying recommendations everywhere.

Strong starting niches include:

Step 3 — Remember a Simple Product Explanation

Use a short formulation:

Hanc.AI helps businesses stop losing incoming calls and automate repetitive phone interactions such as appointments, reservations, FAQs, and after-hours calls.

There is no need to explain the product in overly technical terms. Do not talk about "omnichannel voice AI platforms with orchestration and workflows." Instead, explain it through the business problem it solves.

Step 4 — Grab a Ready-Made Template

Do not invent everything from scratch. Use the templates that are already prepared for you:

  • See where there is a response
Quality over quantity

5--10 targeted recommendations are better than 100 random ones. Focus on businesses where missed calls, appointments, reservations, after-hours availability, or multilingual communication create a real problem.


What to Do if Someone Shows Interest

The simplest path:

  1. Send your referral link — make sure it is your tracked link
