Marketing Materials Overview
Why This Document Exists
An affiliate partner needs to understand not just that "there are materials available," but specifically:
- Which materials are available
- When to use which material
- What works for first contact vs. what works after interest is shown
- What is suitable for posts vs. what is suitable for personal intros
This document provides that map.
The Main Principle
Not all materials are needed all the time.
Think of it in three stages:
| Stage | What You Need | Material Types |
|---|---|---|
| First touch | Short and simple materials | Email templates, referral messages, intro templates |
| Building interest | Proof-based materials | Case studies, ROI materials, screenshots, explainer videos |
| Public promotion | Approved visual assets | Social posts, banners, brand assets |
1. Email Templates
What They Are For
- First recommendations by email
- Personal emails to specific contacts
- Warm introductions
- Follow-up emails
When to Use
- When you already know who you are writing to
- When you want to make a recommendation via email
- When you need to quickly send a polished, ready-made text
What to Keep in Mind
Do not make the email too long. An email template is the start of a conversation, not a lengthy sales presentation.
All email and message templates are available in Intro & Referral Message Templates.
2. Referral / Intro Templates
What They Are For
- Personal introductions
- Messenger-based recommendations
- Short personal referral messages
- Quick DM / LinkedIn messages

- Telegram / WhatsApp / Facebook community posts
- Niche owner groups
- Personal publications
When to Use
- If you have an audience
- If you want to softly recommend Hanc.AI through content

4. Product Screenshots
What They Are For
- Quickly showing that the product is real
- Supporting a post or an email with a visual
- Adding visual credibility to any material
When to Use
- In posts
- In emails
- In mini one-pagers
- In case study materials and short presentations
Only use approved screenshots. Do not edit them in a way that distorts the meaning. See Brand Usage Guide for rules.
5. Case Studies
What They Are For
- Showing where Hanc.AI already looks compelling
- Moving beyond selling "an idea" to showing a concrete use case
- Supporting interest after the first contact
When to Use

All 6 case studies are available in Case Studies.
6. ROI Materials
What They Are For
- Explaining value not just with words, but through money logic
- Showing that missed calls, lost appointments, or lost reservations have a real cost
- Supporting a conversation about business value
When to Use
- When a prospect brings up price or cost concerns
- When you need to explain why Hanc.AI can pay for itself
- When you need a more business-oriented argument
Full ROI argumentation, niche examples, and qualifying questions are in ROI Materials.

8. Explainer Videos
What They Are For
- Quickly showing the product without a long text
- Supporting interest with something the prospect can "watch in a minute"
- Making the product more tangible
When to Use

How Not to Get Lost: The Simple Navigation
For the First Touch
Use:
- Short message (Template 1 or 11)
- Intro template (Template 8)
- Email template (Template 2 or 3)
For Building Interest After First Response
Use:
- Case study (matched to the prospect's niche)
- ROI material
- Product screenshot
- Explainer video
For Public Promotion
Use:
- Social media posts
- Banners
- Approved brand assets
What to Keep in Mind
Marketing materials exist not to overload the prospect.
Their job is to:
- Help you recommend Hanc.AI more easily
- Increase trust in your recommendation
- Give the prospect a clear next step
Bottom Line
A good affiliate does not use all materials at once.
A good affiliate uses the right material at the right moment:
- First — a simple message
- Then — proof (case study, ROI, screenshot)
- Then — deeper support material if needed
