Agent Creation: Studio & Done-for-You
Besides building an agent by hand, you have two paid ways to get an agent built: describe it to HANC Studio and let it assemble the agent in minutes, or have the HANC team build it for you.

HANC Studio — Build it yourself
Describe your business in your own words: who calls, what the agent must find out, where to hand over. Studio builds the call flow, sets up the integrations and runs test conversations — in a couple of minutes — and creates the agent in HANC.
Studio is built into the platform. You open it:
- when creating an agent — Build in HANC Studio in the How would you like to start? window, see Voice Agents;
- on the workflow canvas — the Studio button, to change an existing workflow agent, see Workflows.
What it costs
- €5 per agent, taken from the credits included in your plan, then from top-ups.
- You pay only when the agent is built. Studio's questions are free.
- Available on Pro, Business and Enterprise. On Free and Starter, Studio shows an upgrade prompt.
Edits after the build
Select nodes in the workflow and tell Studio what to change. You pay only for edits that are applied, by their size:

- The price of each edit is shown before you send it, and it is the maximum as long as the edit stays within the selected nodes.
- Agents created by hand or copied pay from the first edit — the free single-step edits are only for agents built in Studio.
Done for you
The HANC team builds the voice agent completely: you send the details, or we gather them from your task, then we design it, write the script, connect and test it.
- €120 per hour, billed for the hours actually worked, in steps of half an hour.
- Invoice by email, payment online.
- Usually ready in 2–3 business days.

Ordering
- Open avatar menu → Payment Plan and find the Done for you card (Agent, built for you).
- Click Request a build.
- Fill in the form: your name, email, phone, what the agent should do, its purpose and type; optionally website and company. Your full address is needed for the invoice; VAT number is optional.
- Send the request. The team usually replies on the same business day.
